Hope Found Global Initiative (HFGI) implements community-led food and nutrition programs to support vulnerable households with access to healthy, nutritious meals. In partnership with local farmers and donors, we work directly with communities to design sustainable solutions that address food insecurity. These programs not only target households with widows, orphans, and underprivileged children who are at higher risk of malnutrition, but also empower families to improve their nutrition through practical, long-term approaches like home gardening, food preservation, and nutrition education.
Our approach aims to:
- Reduce malnutrition rates and improve overall health in vulnerable populations.
- Support children’s growth and academic performance through better nutrition.
- Strengthen nutrition and care practices among caregivers, including pregnant and lactating women, by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to feed their families sustainably.
